Need an excuse to be "in the neighborhood" of the Milk Jar shop?
Well, look no further! On Sunday January 29th, our neighbors at LACMA will be opening their doors with FREE general admission to the museum!
LACMA is just one of over thirty different Southern California museums participating in the Museums Free-for-All Day, which is organized by SoCal Museums and Metro each year. It's an excellent excuse to go explore the beautiful city of Los Angeles with its world-class art and history.
While you're visiting LACMA, you can also make a free "pit stop" at the La Brea Tar Pits next door, the Craft & Folk Art Museum across Wilshire, or the Peterson Automotive Museum just off Fairfax!
There's plenty more of LA to discover, too! Some of the top names participating in the 12th Annual Free-for-All Day include the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Autry, the California Science Center, and the Natural History Museum. With so many awesome participants, there's a huge range of choices for a very special date, family outing, or solo expedition.
Check out the full list of participating Museums here, and let us know where your adventure takes you!
