Shipping Policy

Our cookies are baked to order, and to ensure that they arrive to you in the freshest condition possible, we ship on the earliest date that will avoid your package sitting in a UPS warehouse over the weekend. Depending on the date you place your order and the speed of service you choose, we will determine the first possible ship date for your order.

Please note that the speed of service is reflective of UPS transit time only and does not include processing and baking time. UPS charges a $16 fee for address correction or returned packages, so please make sure yours is correct. By checking the Shipping Acknowledgement box, you confirm that you have read and understand this policy.
